This will be the last posting of poems by Paul Hamilton Hayne.
I imagine that those of you who enjoyed his poetry have already taken a sneak peek at some of his other poems throughout the digital book.

There is a wealth of history put together by several universities. An archive of such things is called MOA; “MAKING OF AMERICA.”
If you are interested, a internet search will show you several MOAs.
One of these universities is The University of Michigan. Their contribution to MOA looks as follows.

This, for me, has been a lot of fun. I hope you have enjoyed looking at 19th Century sketches and poetic style as much I have. Thank you very much for visiting my blogs and posts.
Next week we start something completely different. It is still history of 100 plus years ago but not so much “art” as it is “human interest.”
There is not a lot of art to be found around “infamy.”
