I know, I know, I know. Too much railroad stuff. Please be patient we will get to other things. Then again – – – what would you expect of a guy who rides the rails?
All I have in mind today is to show you some of the unique railroad stations that I have passed by. That’s it, nice and simple.

This series has my curiosity up as, obviously, 1857 was a long time ago. Perhaps these first hand accounts are gleamed from your personal history, including the history of those who came before?
Hi Nancy,
No. I am just a dreamer. I love to look at old books, periodicals and journals. I find the most interesting stuff. So I thought “How would I present this?”
So I re-invented myself as a guy who lived in the past and lives in the future, can see into both the future and the past.
I know it is a little nutty – – – but that is me, whack-a-doodle.
Thanks for visiting my posts and reading some of this old stuff. More old and new weird stuff to follow (including some old criminal trial records from over a hundred years ago). I hope I am not the one on trial.

I was is , Long Island airport a number of years back . I’ve seen bigger tool booths.
There are some small airports in upstate New York. There is even one in the middle of the Adirondack Mountains.
Thanks for visiting.
Nice pictures of your daughter and grandchildren.
The magic of the rails and the rail stations! Love the old photos~
Happy that you enjoyed the old time scenes. Railroads are magic for some reason; sounds, sights, powerful engines, all quite captivaating for some reason.
